SR. SOFTWARE ENGINEERS [Job ID #01]— FREMONT, CAPerform lead role in the design, development, analysis, testing, implementation, and maintenance of customized applications and software solutions. Develop applications based on business and project technical requirements. Consult with client about software applications and system design, and maintenance. Analyze user needs and develop customized software solutions to optimize performance and operational efficiency. Upgrade, configure, integrate, and maintain management systems and applications. Perform database development activities, create data import/export routines and stored procedures, user-defined functions, database objects and programs using various languages and platforms. Utilize various frameworks, tools and technologies to perform application development activities. Prepare technical specification documents and user guides. Prepare documentation to describe program development, logic, coding and corrections.

Requirements:

Must have Master’s Degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in computer/ electrical/electronics/information technology or a closely-related field [Equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in computer/ electrical/electronics/information technology or a closely-related field plus five (5) years of progressive work experience in Information Technology field].

Additionally, position requires two (2) years of work experience as a Software Engineer/Developer/Designer/Programmer, IT/Computer Analyst, Software Architect, Technical/Functional Consultant or in a closely related occupation.

SR. QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEERS [Job ID #02]— FREMONT, CAPerform the lead role in creating, implementing, maintaining, and enhancing software test plans, test scripts, and test methodologies to streamline testing activities and support software quality assurance. Work with software developers to improve overall product quality by emphasizing defect prevention throughout the Software Development Life Cycle. BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYSTS [Job ID #04]— FREMONT, CACommunicate with client to gather business requirements and identify business needs. Define business requirements and develop function specification. Perform business process mapping activities based on understanding of client business processes. Write detailed description of user needs, program function and steps required to develop or modify computer programs on different operating systems. Study existing information processing system to evaluate effectiveness and propose enhancements to improve production. May perform SAP configuration activities. Prepare recommendations for implementing new systems or procedures. Prepare project documentation such as requirements document, test plans and technical design document. Translate business requirements into conceptual and user interface models for technical development. Validate the technical enhancements performed using different testing methodologies. Observe and provide input and support during user acceptance testing. Coordinate with system administrators and configuration management team during deployment of the solution in various environments. Resolve issues encountered by business users post deployment.

Requirements:

Must have Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in computer, IT, business, economics, science, arts, commerce or a closely-related field. Additionally, position requires two (2) years of work experience as an IT/Computer/Systems/Application Analyst, Technical/Functional Consultant, Software Engineer/Developer/Tester or a in closely related occupation.
