Perform the lead role in analyzing user requirements/ existing systems, data and business models to automate or improve existing systems. Translate client requirements into project specifications and analyze costs and benefits of new system implementation. Design and develop the new system specifications and coordinate the production with Programmers or Developers. Provide operational details and technical specifications for production support. Conduct unit and integration testing, user acceptance testing and resolve defects. Oversee the implementation of new systems including data migration. Technologies may vary depending on project needs.
Requirements:
Must have Master’s Degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in engineering(any field), information systems, business or a closely-related field [Equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in engineering(any field), information systems, business administration plus five (5) years of progressive work experience in Information Technology field].
Additionally, position requires two (2) years of work experience as IT/Computer Analyst, Software Engineer/Developer/Designer/Programmer, Software Architect, Technical/Functional Consultant or in a closely related occupation.
