Perform lead role in the design, development, analysis, testing, implementation, and
maintenance of customized applications and software solutions. Work with architects and
product owners on technology backlog prioritization. Help the team achieve their goals to the best of your ability. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by helping the team seek out improvements and to deliver on them in a continuous but pragmatic way. Engage in planning and estimation sessions with product owner and architects. Generate exception-based
issue reporting and own agreed path to resolution. Work closely with product owner and QA teams to ensure acceptance criteria are well defined and met. Provide regular feedback to of progress to product owner. Drive technology forward to maintain and enhance our market leading products. Ensure that best practices are used across our product range. Deliver code that adheres to agreed standards and best practices. Ensure code reviews are carried out for all team members. Increase the productivity and throughput of the team through continuous improvements. Release working software that meets the stability and quality metrics agreed by the team and business.
Must have master’s degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in computer/science/electrical/electronic/information technology or a closely-related field[Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in computer/science/ electrical/electronic/information technology or a closely-related field plus five (5) years of
progressive work experience in Information Technology field]. Additionally, position requires two (2) years of work experience in the offered job or as a Software Engineer/Developer/Designer/Programmer, IT/Computer Analyst, Software Architect,Technical/Functional Consultant or in a closely related occupation. Employer is willing to accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience. Possible long-term relocation(s) to various unanticipated U.S. client site locations.
