Analyze existing IT process, identify problems and resolutions and write requirement specifications according to standard templates using natural language simply, clearly, unambiguously and concisely. Perform functional testing and coordinate and assist User Acceptance Testing to ensure developed solutions meet the business requirements in accordance with quality standards. Provide training/documentation on system changes. Participate in requirements prioritization. Implement changes to baseline requirements through effective application of change control processes and tools. Establish and implement effective requirements practices, including use and continuous improvement of the requirements process. Assist with the development of the organization’s requirements engineering policies, procedures and tools.
Must have bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in computer, engineering (any field), IT, business, economics, science, arts, commerce or a closely-related field. Employer is willing to accept two (2) years of work experience in the offered job or related
occupation in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
Additionally, position requires one (1) year of work experience in the offered job or as an IT/Computer/Systems/Application Analyst, Technical/Functional Consultant, SoftwareEngineer/Developer/Tester or a in closely related occupation. Possible long-term relocation(s) to various unanticipated U.S. client site locations.
