Translate client requirements into project specifications and analyze costs and benefits of new system implementation. Design and develop the new system specifications and coordinate the production with Programmers or Developers. Provide operational details and technical specifications for production support. Conduct unit and integration testing, user acceptance testing and resolve defects. Oversee the implementation of new systems including data migration. Requirements:
